All employees must maintain:

• Current CPR & First Aid
• Current Universal Precautions Training
• 15 hours of training each calendar year
• Current Physical and Immunizations
  

Position Qualifications:

Every employee must undergo a fingerprint background check as well as a background investigation through the TRAILS system. See below for qualifications for specific positions.

Teacher’s Aide:
No experience necessary. Per Colorado Rules and Regulations, applicants must be 16 years of age to work with children ages 1 year to 5 years and must be 18 years of age to work in the nursery.

Group Leader:
There are many ways to be group leader qualified. To determine whether you are group leader qualified, please bring with you the following documents when applying:

• High School Diploma
• Copy of College transcripts (effective 5/1/2010, every group leader will be required to have ECE 101 and one other ECE class of their choice with the recommended course being Guidance Strategies).
• Letters of Verification of Hours from every licensed center you have worked for.
  

If you already know that you meet the requirements for Group Leader, these documents will be needed as proof of qualifications for the state of Colorado.
